We advised Hallam on the disposal of a number of sites with the benefit of planning permission.

Acting for Persimmon Homes Limited on the acquisition of residential development sites for more than 800 new homes and in negotiation of option agreements and promotion agreements for strategic sites.

Acting for Persimmon Homes Limited in connection with the provision of a £26m bypass to facilitate development of over 1,500 new homes at Stanground, Peterborough and dealing with various land disposals within the development.
