Coaching or counselling may be helpful if you’re experiencing a lot of change or facing challenges. When going through this process, it can often be overwhelming or bewildering. At an extremely emotional time, you may find comfort and clarity in speaking to our coach and counsellor.
Offering exceptional legal expertise is only one part of what we do. We believe looking after your well-being and offering access to our fully trained coach and counsellor helps to ensure you receive the support you need to make clear, informed decisions as you move forward.
How Can Our Coach & Counsellor Help You?
Our in-house client coach and counsellor, Vicky Lambert, has over 14 years’ experience. Her sessions are entirely confidential, are separate to our legal services and are tailored to you and your needs.

Vicky can only offer this service if you’re living in the United Kingdom. She also doesn’t offer couples counselling or advice about adoption or complex personal injury. If you need support for one of these areas, our solicitors can also talk to you about other ways we can support you including, other counselling options.
How Does It Work?
Our coaching and counselling service is entirely separate from your legal services. Vicky will never share any details of your meetings with your solicitor, and vice versa.
Our solicitors may recommend counselling to you if they feel it could be of benefit to you. However, you can also contact Vicky directly if you’d like to know more. After your contact we’ll contact you directly to arrange a free session so you can meet Vicky to discuss your needs in more detail.
You can then decide if you’d like to continue with more sessions, choosing how often and how many sessions you’d like to book. It’s important to remember, there’s no minimum booking requirements and together, you’ll be guided you on how many sessions you’ll likely need.
Family Mediation
Mediation can offer a safe and supportive environment to sort family law disputes. It's often a quicker, less stressful, and more constructive approach. Our family mediators can help you by offering a range of services depending on the level of support you need.
