Biography
I have a broad base of cross border and domestic transactional experience, including public and private M&A, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, financing and capital markets.
I am a lead member of Irwin Mitchell's private equity and venture capital group, which supports institutional investors, management teams and founders on investments into early stage and growth companies, and support buyers and sellers on mid-market private M&A transactions.
Within the firm's international group, I am responsible for our CEE desk, supporting clients from Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia and beyond.
