Biography
I am a Senior Associate in the Residential Property team based primarily in our Newbury and London offices, and with over 10 years' experience in the property sector.
I advise on all aspects of residential property work and specialise in the sale, acquisition and funding of high-value freehold and leasehold residential property focussing largely in prime central London, as well as Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire. I regularly deal with gifts of property and transfers of equity, transfers following divorce and separation, probate conveyancing and complex title transactions.
I act for a range of clients including high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, international clients, celebrities, sports people, lottery winners, investors and UK and offshore companies. I work closely with selling agents, property finders, brokers and clients' family offices to achieve the best outcome for my clients.
I also have particular expertise in acting for private wealth banks in secured lending transactions.
When did you qualify?
I qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in March 2017 before cross-qualifying as a Graduate Legal Executive in 2018.
