The safety and wellbeing of our colleagues, clients and communities are extremely important to us. This has been at the forefront of what we’ve done throughout the pandemic.
Now that most Covid-19 restrictions have eased in the UK, we’re evolving our ways of working to reflect the current situation.
Our Offices
Our offices are now open to both colleagues and clients with appropriate measures in place to ensure your safety. We now have a desk-booking system, with hand sanitisers and antibacterial wipes for hygiene.
Our Colleagues
After long periods of enforced working from home, we launched our flexible by choice approach to hybrid working in 2021. This allows our colleagues to choose where and when they work, subject to client requirements.
We’ve also introduced a number of new tools and processes to support with digital working. We’ve expanded our use of digital storage and document sharing platforms and encouraged colleagues to share best practice.
We continue to provide support through our mental health first aiders, line managers, our People Team and our colleague wellbeing hub, all available from our intranet. We offer an employee assistance programme and a variety of other tools and support.
Client & Community Engagement
Much of our engagement activities are now online, including a series of virtual events for our clients and the wider community. We’re also starting to organise more face to face events where we can. Take a look at our upcoming events here.
The Future
We’re very proud of how our colleagues adapted to the pandemic and continued to provide excellent service to our clients. We continuously review our risk assessment on a regular basis to make sure our clients and colleagues feel comfortable meeting in our offices.
If you’d like to discuss how we’re changing the way we work please email our operations director, Sarah Ball.
