

Sunday Times Praises Firm's Employee Benefits And Career Development
Irwin Mitchell has been recognised in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work guide for 2025 – the only law firm in the Very Big category.
The Sunday Times, powered by employee engagement experts WorkL have collated the Best Places to Work in the UK for 2025. The ranking is based on the feedback of more than 2000 colleagues who responded to the survey. The survey asks colleagues about all aspects of work including: Reward and Recognition, Instilling Pride, Information Sharing, Empowerment, Wellbeing, and Job Satisfaction.
Irwin Mitchell is included in the Very Big category for firms with more than 2000 employees – only 26 firms made the category this year with Irwin Mitchell being the only law firm included.
The Sunday Times praised Irwin Mitchell’s employee benefits and career development programmes as well as the firm’s volunteering and pro-bono allowances.
